Our sales staff is happy to take your order or answer any of your questions over the phone at (915)599 1551. If you prefer to complete some of the sizing information in advance you can e-mail us at customerservice@jbhilltexas.com and request forms that you can complete and forward to us at your convenience.

After we have received your sizing information we will require a 50% deposit. We will then send you a pair of "fitter boots" based on the information you have provided to us to verify the fit before we make your boots. We will send an observation form with the guidelines on how the boot should fit so you can relay accurate observation information.
